Well, I was in the mood for a "classic" style saber, so I decided to use "Ben" Kenobi's as an inspiration. Personally I think his was the coolest of the classic sabers. It's by no means a replica, but should be suitable for hacking off arms at a bar near you. This is a pretty easy saber to build, but there are a lot of parts and you might end up spending close to fifty dollars if you have to buy it all. With the left over supplies, though, you can build another at less than half that. I've also included a few little notes to corner cutting that can save some dollars. Give it a try and see if you like it.
